Our mission is to bring the food of India, Nepal and the rest of South Asia to Japan, and we run our business from Kuki in Saitama Prefecture. We want to create places where people from South Asia living in Japan can find the taste of home, and we want to share the rich food culture of South Asia with people in Japan. These two hopes are where we began.
Food has the power to connect people across languages and borders. The aroma of spices, freshly cooked basmati rice, a warm curry shared with family. We want to share not just the dish, but the life and culture behind it.
